What’s in a name?

I don’t know about you…but I know that if I had a really fancy store that sold home decor in a really trendy area in Tel Aviv, I would DEFINITELY call it “Items.” Because you know…we sell items.

    hey, it’s a short, catchy name, written in the Apple’s font, (and it starts with a lower-case i!)
    If this were a website, it would be the trendiest 2.0 site out there!
    I think that name is FAR better than anything like Bed Bath and Beyond. That’s too long to be catchy, and so specific, it locks you into a particular market niche…

    Yeah, Ethan, but at least there they put it in inverted commas – like, we’re not so stupid as to say that this store contains חפצים – we’re being smart and saying it contains “חפצים”. You’ve got to do it with your fingers in the air to get the feel.
